1. Start the day off by slipping into a silk robe or if it's cold a soft cozy robe, soft slippers or flip flops depending on the weather.
2. Wash your face and splash or spray it with rose water.
3. Have a nice cup of tea or coffee with a sweet bread and some fruit and an egg or sausage if you like.
4. Listen to an audio book or music you enjoy on your way to work.
5. Eat something healthy and that you enjoy at lunch time.
6. When you leave work leave work don't take it with you. It's now time to get back to you and your life.
7. Eat a good dinner and take time to enjoy it
8. Go to bed at a decent time. Send kids to bed before you go to bed so you have quite time to relax before falling to sleep.
9.Take a nice bath or shower with a favorite soap or body wash
10. Fall to sleep to soft music or an audio book
